1. Operations & Technical Compatibility:
Sound Emporio supplies professional audio, commercial public address, and DJ equipment. Technical specifications, power ratings (RMS / Program / Peak), and impedance loads (2Ω / 4Ω / 8Ω / 70V / 100V) are provided based on manufacturer technical data. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify electrical supply stability, amplifier power matching, and acoustic suitability prior to operation.

2. Pricing & Invoicing:
- All prices listed on the store are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Formal GST Tax Invoices are issued for all orders, enabling institutional buyers and commercial entities to claim full Input Tax Credit (ITC). Please provide your verified 15-digit GSTIN at checkout.

3. Quotations & Bulk Inquiries:
Formal proforma quotations issued via WhatsApp or email remain valid for 14 days from the date of issuance, subject to factory component availability and raw material price stability.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
All agreements, transactions, and commercial disputes arising under Sound Emporio shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
