Refund policy

At Sound Emporio, we engineer and supply commercial pro-audio, public address, and stage equipment to sound engineers, institutions, venues, and audio professionals. Due to the high-power technical nature of our equipment, the following terms govern returns and warranty:

1. Non-Returnable Items:
Raw transducers (woofers, subwoofers, HF compression drivers, diaphragms, and recone kits), cut-to-length audio cables, flight cases, and custom-rigged line array systems are thoroughly bench-tested and inspected prior to dispatch. Once unsealed or powered, these items are non-returnable.

2. Damaged in Transit:
All shipments are dispatched via verified commercial freight and surface logistics partners with transit documentation. In the unlikely event of physical transit damage:
- The consignee must note the damage on the carrier's delivery run sheet / docket prior to accepting delivery.
- Notify Sound Emporio within 24 hours of receipt with unboxing photos/video at +91 87000 22179 or soundemporio@gmail.com.
- We will coordinate immediate carrier claims and dispatch replacement units.

3. Warranty & Service:
All active speakers, power amplifiers, digital mixers, and electronics carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty service is supported directly through our service facility in Koti, Hyderabad, or authorized brand service centers nationwide. Consumable parts damaged due to over-voltage, clipping, voice-coil burning, or improper impedance matching are not covered under warranty.
