Sound Emporio provides Free Pan-India Delivery across our entire catalog, utilizing specialized logistics partners based on equipment weight and transit safety requirements.

1. Order Processing & Verification:
- In-stock orders are processed, bench-tested, and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours from our Hyderabad facility.
- Orders requiring technical configuration or palletization are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

2. Logistics & Delivery Modes:
- Compact Equipment (Microphones, DSP Processors, Mixers, Connectors): Dispatched via premium express air/surface couriers (Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery) with doorstep delivery and SMS tracking. Delivery timeline: 2 to 5 business days.
- Heavy Commercial Gear (Line Arrays, Dual 18" Subwoofers, High-Power Amp Racks): Dispatched via leading commercial surface road transport (V-Trans, TCI Freight, Navata, Safechem, ARC) on consignee dockets. Delivery timeline: 4 to 8 business days depending on destination pincode.

3. Store Pickup (Hyderabad):
Customers located in Telangana and surrounding regions can opt for in-person collection from our showroom and experience center:
